The report introduces an analytical tool intended to help parliamentarians in their fight against corruption. It consists of three main parts.

Part I seeks to answer a number of question such as the purpose of this tool, how it can help MPs, when it should be utilized and which data sources to use.
Part II describes the anti-corruption assessment tool.
Part III offers a detailed and practical version of the tool to be used to track corruption.
