This scorecard, developed by UN-Woman and The Gender Monitoring Office, can be used for measuring access of women and men farmers to agricultural services, including inputs such as seeds and fertilizers, as well as financial services and land access. The goal is to identify both obstacles to access, improvements in service design, and gender gaps in service provision.
